Candiiclouds

The Candii Clouds theme was created by Mark Schulz (elpirtxis), licensed Creative Commons Attribution 2.5, and is now adapted for TikiWiki CMS/Groupware.

To address the problem of not enough themes for Tiki in pink and blue with clouds and stars, here's Candii Clouds.
