PHPLayers-CSSMenu_mapping

To style a CSS (suckerfish) menu, things are easier if the theme already has styling for PHP Layers menus.

The menu layout should already be handled by css/cssmenu.css, etc., so only the coloring and so on needs to be added in the theme stylesheet.
