absE theme available

absE is based on the theme (cache) of the same name for the Openbox window manager by Crimeboy (cache). It's a dark, full-width theme with a relatively small text size. Divs have a mouseover effect to put a black background behind the page content for greater contrast (not supported in IE6). absE uses the *litecss (cache) no-tables, source-ordered liquid layout concept developed by luci.

For better standards compliance, absE includes module templates that have had tables replaced by divs, spans and lists, and deprecated "border='0'" tags for images are removed.
