This theme is an implementation of MilkyWay, Joomla's default theme. Like the original, it has several color variations which, in Tiki, can be selected as theme options and, like other themes, used as the site default or assigned to a feature section, object, user group, etc.

About the technical underpinnings, this theme doesn't use the standard Tiki *litecss method, but instead uses a table to layout the main page. This is so the page can flex with wide center-column content even in IE7.

Use the theme switcher module to check out the color options.
